Die Reformationsgeschichtliche Forschungsbibliothek. Eine Einladung (The Research Library for Reformation Studies. An invitation)

A new research and cultural institution introduces itself: the Research Library for Reformation Studies in Wittenberg. It began its work in 2018 in the fully renovated and repurposed Wittenberg Castle. The publication reports on the idea, tasks and conception of the research library, on four cooperation partners whose collaboration makes the library possible at all, and on its location in Wittenberg Castle, the history of which is interlinked with the holdings in many ways. And of course, the publication also looks at the books and manuscripts that are stored in the library’s stacks, will be systematically indexed in the coming years and made accessible to the public under significantly improved conditions.
